1. Returns Eligibility

3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
The product must be shipped back to us
After inspection, the refund will be processed
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
